3. Personal data treatment in the job application process

The personal data are information about the personal or material conditions of an identified or identifiable natural person, such as name, address, phone number and birth date, but also data about their education, etc., that can be assigned to a specific person with a reasonable effort. Any information that does not serve to determine directly or indirectly the identity of a person does not constitute personal data.

4. The principles and purposes of personal data processing in relation to the reception of applications and the job application process

When submitting an online application, via email address or through our web form, the personal data of the candidate are collected and processed with the purpose of managing and handle the selection process and apply the appropiate pre-contractual measures.

When submitting the application through our recruitment website, the candidate explicitly indicates their interest in working with us. The personal data that is provided in this context will be used and retained exclusively for the purpose of job search and application.

In the selection process course, the candidate may also attach relevant documents, such as a cover letter, resume and degrees, which may also include natural personal data such as birth date, address, etc.

The candidate's data will be kept during for a period of 24 months after the selection process is concluded for compliance with legal obligations or the defense against claims. From then on, the data will be only available as metadata without any personal direct reference for statistical ends (for example., the percentage of men and woman in the received applications, number of requests per order, etc.).

In addition, we reserve the right to storage the candidates data to include it in our talent pool for 24 months once the selection process has been concluded, in order to identify any other position that can be of your interest. This applies also, for example, to the applications for training positions or internships. By accepting the data privacy statement, the candidate explicitly consent the possible conversation of their data during a longer term and its inclusion in our talent pool.
If during the course of the process the candidate receives a job offer and accepts it, the personal data collected during the selection process will be retained, at a minimum, for the duration of the employment relationship.

5. Data transfer to third parties

The provided data as part of the application is transmitted via TLS encryption and is stored in a database. This database is operated by Personio GmBH, that distributes a candidate and human resources management software ( https://www.personio.es/legal-notice/ ). In this context, Personio is our data processor in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR. The basis for the processing is the execution of the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) concluded between us, as data controllers, and Personio.

6. Data subject rights

To the extent that we, as responsible organism, treat personal data, the candidate is assisted as data subject for specific rights collected in Chapter III of the GDPR, In accordance with the legal basis and the purposes of the processing to which they are intended, specifically the right of access (Article 15 of the GDPR), the right to rectification (Article 16 of the GDPR), the right to erasure (Article 17 of the GDPR), the right to restriction of processing (Article 18 of the GDPR), the right to data portability (Article 20 of the GDPR), and the right to object (Article 21 of the GDPR).
